Cloud Series

I took the opportunity today to photograph the amazing weather we saw in London. Temperatures definitely rose but it still felt pretty cold. The sunlight drawed me into the cloudy skies after getting inspiration from users on Flickr and Pinterest.

Wonderful Sun!

I've just been getting on with some Geography revision/homework today and then I get distracted by the wonderful sunlight streaming in down my road. I jumped up, grabbed the camera (with just 4 images left on the SD), put my flip-flops on and took four pretty good sunny snaps, if I must say myself... Tell me what you think.

Remember to click on the images themselves to see them in a larger view.

Have a lovely weekend - nearly the end of the half term. Booo hooo...

February Snow

Snow fell this week over the UK and I took this opportunity to get some snaps for my portfolio.

I think snow is a great thing, it changes the appearance of your surroundings dramatically. It makes ugly buildings look that little bit better! The best time of looking at snow is when its just fallen and nobody has walked or cleared it. It is like a white blanket covering everything you see - it's amazing. Here's a few of the best - I'm going to sort out Flickr pro this week so all will be on there once I've sorted that...

Discovery: Xtranormal

Xtranormal - an animated video creating website.

Xtranormal is one of the best websites I've found on the web. It's great! Although I haven't used it too often, it still impresses me. You have the ability to create an animated scene about whatever you want in a simple but fun way. There are dozens of different sets and characters to choose from.

In the future, I plan to create some videos for revision and share them with my friends. It's something to remember different things. When I sit down at a very small square shaped desk to do an exam, I can just think about the video I created and should hopefully, all come rushing back to me.
