Paralympics 2012: Archery & Shooting

On Sunday I visited the Royal Artillery Barracks in Woolwich to watch the Archery & Shooting events at the Paralympics 2012.

The atmosphere within the venue, after the customary airport-style security checks, was great. The volunteer 'Games' Makers' were excellent and really did well to keep everything moving and running smoothly. Well done them!

I took all of these pictures from the day with my iPhone camera, I'm pleasantly surprised how well for such a small device, the iPhone can perform. As usual, all the decent pictures are uploaded onto Flickr.

I'll also be attending the ExCel events this Saturday, so more pictures to come!

Olympic Torch Relay 2012

This morning, the Olympic Torch came past the end of my road. That's quite convenient, meaning that I didn't have to walk miles to witness the occasion.

I also got a few pictures on my phone that I'd like to share with you. People's heads and hands were the main feature as well as the torch.
